We will provide you with a confirmation number and an email confirmation within 24 hours. We own our fleet. There is no third party involved—our drivers work directly for us.
8. PAYMENT REQUIRED AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE SERVICE.
A reservation is required at least 24 hours prior to the service day. For cancellation, PLEASE CALL 1 (305) 281-2927 . We’ll be ready to assist you immediately.
Fare quotes do include fuel charge, airport/seaport fees, unless otherwise noted.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours before your first scheduled trip will be issued a 100% refund. After the 72-hour cancellation period, there are no refunds for any reason.
You will be considered a “No-Show” if you do not contact us within 60 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time.
9. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for late-arriving flights or cruise ships. If your flight/ship is delayed and you do not call us, you will be considered a no-show, and a refund will not be issued.
We will not be responsible for delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.
The transportation company reserves the right to substitute equipment based on operational needs.

When this happens, we make every attempt to communicate with our passengers to keep them informed as to the cause of the delay and the estimated time of departure/arrival.
